Shipping rates

• Canada and United States: $9.99 CAD standard shipping, or free on orders of $50 or more.
• Room sets: every set ships free.
• Other countries: $19.99 CAD.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After that, estimated delivery is:

• Canada and United States: 7–14 business days
• Other countries: 10–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by holidays, weather or customs.

Where your order ships from

Our pieces are shipped directly from our production and fulfillment partners. If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages on different days. This is normal and at no extra cost to you.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

Customs and duties

Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away so we can try to correct it before your order ships.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If a package is returned due to an address error, reshipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Lost or delayed packages

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days of purchase, contact us at brightilluminate2026@gmail.com and we will send a replacement or give you a full refund.
