These Terms of Service apply to your use of the Illuminest online store at illuminest.ca (the "Store"), operated by Illuminest ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting the Store or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

1. Products and descriptions

We try to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible. Colours and light effects may look slightly different in person depending on your screen and room lighting. Product measurements are approximate.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are in Canadian dollars unless shown otherwise. Prices, discounts and product availability may change without notice. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that appears fraudulent or contains a pricing error.

3. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when it ships. If we are unable to fulfil an item, we will contact you and refund you for that item.

4. Discounts and promotions

Discount codes are limited to the terms shown with the offer, may not be combined unless stated, and may be withdrawn at any time. Automatic bundle discounts apply only to eligible single pieces.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy.

6. Product use and safety

Please use all products as described in their instructions. Keep small parts and batteries away from children, and do not leave products running unattended for long periods. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, modification or failure to follow instructions.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.

8. Privacy

How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

9. Content

All content on the Store, including text, design, images and logos, belongs to Illuminest or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on the Store at the time of your order applies to that order.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
